• Create purchase requisitions in SAP for Maintenance activities • Follow up on purchase orders with Supply Chain • Review timesheets and update Excel spreadsheets for all Maintenance areas • Review and approve invoices in SAP for payment of works pertaining to Maintenance • Review Maintenance accounts on a monthly basis and provide budget vs. actual reporting to Maintenance Leadership • Fill required documentation for budget transfers within the Maintenance team • Assist in budgeting process • Responsible for all financial operations within the maintenance department • Provide all other necessary support to Maintenance Leadership • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Highly proficient with SAP • Capable of quickly learning office basics, including printers, fax machines, scanners, etc. • Advanced English • Ability to speak and write effectively. • Ability to assess and analyze multiple work orders/projects simultaneously • BS in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
