Job Duties • Meeting regularly with supermarkets, pharmacies and other referral sources in the targeted territory. • Maintain contact with current referral sources and monitoring overall satisfaction with the quality and timing of services. • Participating in a variety of sales training and planning meetings to learn about new providers, services and marketing promotions, and to share information about sales goals. • Maintain a high level of knowledge about competitor’s offerings and their strengths and weaknesses.
Qualifications • Ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of others in a sales relationship. • A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals. • Excellent oral presentation (English / Spanish) and problem solving skills. • Ability to work effectively as a team member to achieve organizational goals. • Strong math skills, including the ability to record and report information. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to travel daily throughout your territory and work long hours to achieve goals. • Bachelor’s degree preferable • At least one year of related experience in direct sales to supermarkets, pharmacies or department stores.
