Study, find, and concrete business opportunities (sales) with company customers. 2. Contact and visit customers to identify, follow up, and maintain business opportunities. Contact methods are: phone calls, emails, professional social media tools, networking events/meetings. 3. Provide and maintain direct customer support regarding product/service’s needs. 4. Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily workschedule to call on potential salesoutlets. 5. Obtain services orders and submit quotations accordingly to company price lists and products/services literature. 6. Develops and adjusts content of sales presentations / materials by studying the type of sales outlet and companyexpectations. 7. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers. 8. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, quarterly work plans/reports and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information of pricing, products, services, new products and services, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 10. Support in solving situations / customer complaints by investigating problems, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. 11. Maintain excellent communications with upper management and colleagues of other functional areas to assure consistency with company policies, procedures, and processes. 12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personalprofessional networks, etc. 13. Participate in staff meetings, as requested, and provide periodical project status reports based in company Metrics Systems. 14. Participate in events to promote company products and services, as required.
Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in BusinessAdministration
Experience: • Three to six (3-6) years of related experience in Sales and Marketing aligned to pharmaceutical, consumer products manufacturing, and/or medical environment isrequired. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
