 Accountable for all purchases.  Analyze and review the MRP, generate requisitions and PO's after client approval  Responsible for processing, expediting and de-expediting orders in a timely and efficient manner, and employing problem-solving methods to resolve order issues with delivery, price, lead times and payments.
 Stock control; maintain the minimum and maximum levels  Update purchasing data system  Create daily, help to interpret reports and predicting future sales/purchasing  Fast reacting to any changes in customer demand  Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including warehouse, QA, engineers, contractors and the different departments, to keep an open line of communication, and maintain control of all aspects of purchasing  Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and client’s employees  Follow all required Safety and Security Procedures  Handling of transactions within the supply crib such as receiving and issuing materials.  Perform cycle counting, parts identification, general housekeeping and inventory management activities.
 Motivated individuals to coordinate customer needs, inventory management, cost savings initiatives, and product delivery.  SOLID customer service and organizational skills.  Computer skills (Maximo) and equipment knowledge, SAP or Oracle.  Computer managed inventory systems is required.
 Previous experience working with maintenance and manufacturing personnel.
